Event Description:

In Vinyasa-style yoga, “Ujjayi” breath is connected to movement which creates a flow of poses that encourages relaxation in the body as well as awareness of the mind. This class will shift your focus from everyday life to present physical sensations. The poses will strengthen, detoxify, and open the body, leaving you feeling toned, invigorated, and inspired. Bring a bath towel if possible!
