Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.


Please note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.

A graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program and member of Babson’s Registrar team, Abby Power will walk you through the steps of eating a Whole Foods Plant-Based Diet and why eating a plant-based diet can be the single greatest thing that you can do to save the planet.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual exercise that has been known to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and provide relaxation.  Join Dawn George as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses to help you relax and unwind from the stress of the day.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

Geologist Lauret Savoy, author of Trace: Memory, History, Race and the American Landscape, explores her identity as a woman of Indigenous, African, and European roots as those identities converge in the history of the land itself. In her provocative mosaic of personal journeys and historical inquiry across a continent and time, Savoy explores how the country’s still unfolding history, and ideas of “race,” have marked her and the land. From twisted terrain within the San Andreas Fault zone to a South Carolina plantation, from national parks to burial grounds, from “Indian Territory” and the U.S.-Mexico Border to the U.S. capital, Trace grapples with a searing national history to reveal the often unvoiced presence of the past.
