A student-guided tour is a wonderful way to see Babson’s extensive facilities (including a residence hall, classroom, and dining hall), talk with current students, and see our community in action. 

Pre-registration is not required. Tours depart from the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

Hosted by the admission staff, group information sessions are a great way to learn about Babson. We welcome prospective students and their families to attend a session to learn about Babson’s unique curriculum, student life, and the admission process. 

Information sessions are held in the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach  for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Wellness - Power Yoga
Power vinyasa yoga builds physical and mental strength and flexibility. Find your mind body connection as you link breath to movement in a fast-paced, energizing class taught by Lindsey Athanasiou, National Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). This class is accessible to most levels of fitness. Prior experience with yoga is recommended but not required.

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM Wellness - Runners Training Series
Would you like to take your running to the next level?

This 10-week training series is designed specifically to meet the needs of runners. The goal of the series is to enhance each participant’s running efficiency, strength and speed. All levels of runners are welcome. Each participant will work from their individual fitness level. The workouts will be tailored to meet the needs and fitness abilities of the participants. 

Workouts will begin with a short warm-up run, and then will vary in content. Examples of workout content includes: speed work, hill work and strength and endurance exercises specific to a runner’s needs.

In Vinyasa-style yoga, “Ujjayi” breath is connected to movement which creates a flow of poses that encourages relaxation in the body as well as awareness of the mind. This class will shift your focus from everyday life to present physical sensations. The poses will strengthen, detoxify, and open the body, leaving you feeling toned, invigorated, and inspired. Bring a bath towel if possible!

Join Babson’s Associate Professor of Management and author Keith Rollag as he shares strategies from his new book What to Do When You’re New, named by Success Magazine as one of the “10 Best Books of 2015.” Learn how to become confident at five key newcomer skills:

• Asking questions
• Starting new relationships
• Performing new things

Blending stories and insights with simple techniques and exercises, this presentation will get you out of your comfort zone and seeking new experiences in no time.

About the Presenter
Keith Rollag is an Associate Professor of Management and Chair of the Management Division at Babson College. His teaching focuses on organizational behavior, teamwork and leadership, and his research focuses primarily on newcomer socialization and training, organizational culture, social networks and leadership development. Professor Rollag is a faculty director of Babson Executive Education’s Leadership and Influence program and author of the recently published book, What to Do When You’re New: How to Be Comfortable, Confident, and Successful in New Situations.

Event Cost:
