Keynote Presentation, Webinar, and Book Signing
Featuring Professor Keith Rollag

Wednesday, September 21
6 pm – 8:00 pm
Olin Hall, Needham/Wellesley Room

Have you ever felt nervous in new situations? Reluctant to introduce yourself? Afraid to ask questions? We all have. But if you let those worries stop you, you may miss out on real opportunity. Whether you’re changing jobs, heading off to school, joining a group, or moving to a new city, you have to put yourself out there, meet new people, and try new things to get the success and happiness you desire.

Join Babson’s Associate Professor of Management and author Keith Rollag as he shares strategies from his new book What to Do When You’re New, named by Success Magazine as one of the “10 Best Books of 2015.” Learn how to become confident at five key newcomer skills:
• Introducing yourself
• Remembering names
• Asking questions
• Starting new relationships
• Performing new things

Blending stories and insights with simple techniques and exercises, this presentation will get you out of your comfort zone and seeking new experiences in no time.
