6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. 

Please note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Wellness - Adult Cross Training (A.C.T)
Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Wellness - Cardio BarreBLAST

A high energy, no impact fitness class that combines work at the ballet barre with light weights to give you a continuous fat burning class. Toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso, and arms will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body to get you the body you've ALWAYS wanted!  All levels welcome.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Wellness - Meditation
This weekly meditation class will be led by Babson’s Meditation Instructor, Rick Landwehr, who will guide participants through a variety of accessible meditation techniques. These simple and direct practices cultivate relaxation, mindfulness, and basic wellbeing. By relaxing tension and opening to our sensory experience through these techniques, participants will learn new means of working with stress, difficult emotions, physical discomfort, and the challenges we encounter in our lives. This class is suitable for any experience level.

Participate in our annual Career Expo to build your pipeline of talent and your brand on campus with our Undergraduate students. This event is the perfect place to kick off the 2018-2019 recruiting season. We look forward to welcoming our employer partners and current Babson students to join us!

The cost to participate in this event is $400 as a General Participant and $100 as a Non-Profit/Start-Up participant. General registration Includes: One 6 ft table for up to four company attendees and light refreshments. In order to accommodate more companies, there will not be an option to add a second table unless you are a Platinum Sponsor. 

2018-2019 Corporate Sponsorship Program 
Employers are often interested in accessing undergraduate students to increase brand awareness and recruiting effectiveness in addition to the typical recruiting offerings. For current and past employer sponsors, this program has proven an increase in employer brand recognition, student applications, and hiring talent. We welcome a conversation for what level might work best for your organization.

Now, she is sharing the best ways to grow your career to achieve financial, professional, and personal success using the DANDAN Method to job search through her coaching business, Dandan Global.

In addition, Dandan founded the recruitment firm DG Recruit, with a mission to help young people and professionals understand and access the immense opportunities available within a career in recruitment and sales. 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM DIY Cement Planters
Learn about sculpture and plant care by making your own cement planter using cardboard and other recycled materials – and get a plant to go in it! All materials will be provided for first 25 registrants who RSVP by September 14th. Additional participants may be taken if space allows. Workshops are open ONLY to current Babson, Olin, Wellesley students and Babson faculty and staff of all levels of experience.
