Event Description: Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss. The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals. Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. |
