This method of yoga has many benefits because it combat stress by utilizing both the mind and the body. The SavSani Mind, silences and redirects the mind to become calm and effective in this world of over-stimulation and stress. The SavSani Body technique brings the body to its ultimate strength and correct alignment by removing any aliments felt within.
