Event Description:
Power vinyasa yoga builds physical and mental strength and flexibility. Find your mind body connection as you link breath to movement in a fast-paced, energizing class taught by Lindsey Athanasiou, National Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). This class is accessible to most levels of fitness. Prior experience with yoga is recommended but not required.

Classes will be in the Chandor Dance Studio for June and August and in the Glavin Chapel for July
