3:00 PM - 4:00 PM HBDI Debrief
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR STAFF & FACULTY ONLY.

In order to attend this debrief, you must contact eschirick@babson.edu and complete the HBDI assessment at least one week prior to this event.

This debrief is scheduled as part of the What Makes Me Thrive program, or if you are taking the HBDI for a different reason, you may still register to attend. YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER FOR 1 SESSION.

The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI) is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the way you think, process information, and make decisions. It gives insight into why you value certain types of information over others. With that valuable knowledge about yourself, you can learn how to “flex” into other ways of thinking to adapt to others – how they think, what they value, how they communicate – so you can bridge the gap quickly, and interact more effectively.
