Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a training
program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through
flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and
agility drills, exercises and routines.
Please
note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs
must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity. Classes

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Wellness - Yoga Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual exercise that has been known to
increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and provide relaxation. Join
Dawn George as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses to help
you relax and unwind from the stress of the day. This class is perfect
for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
