6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Manager Roundtable: Making Flexible Work Arrangements Work
Join members of the HR Leadership Team and the ATI Center for a Manager-Only Roundtable discussion on "Making Flexible Work Arrangements Work." Topics will include: 1) ‚ÄčThe benefits of flexible work arrangements; 2) Important considerations for flexible work arrangements; 3) Having the conversation and tips for successfully managing flexible work arrangements. We will provide additional resources and discuss some technology tools that will aid in successful arrangements.
