All Day Application for Degree Closes on May 7th! (Multi-Day Event)
May graduates must complete an Application for Degree. The application for degree allows students to enter the name they want printed on their diploma, the phonetic spelling of their name, and their anticipated graduation date. If the application is not completed by the deadline, the name on the diploma will be printed exactly as it appears on the student’s academic record. The Application for Degree is located in Portal under the Smart Tools, in the Academic section. If the Smart Tools section does not appear on Portal, drill down on Add Content located in the upper left corner of Portal (next to where it says Hello, Name!). Click Add under the Smart Tools section. If the Smart Tools section still does not appear, contact Support at 781-239-4357. (This is for graduate Students ONLY! If you are an undergraduate student please contact your class dean in Academic Services!)
