Event Description:
A combination of
cardio and strength exercise using different equipment options to keep
you on your toes. There is no set format. Every class is different with
half of the class time dedicated to cardio exercises and half the class
time dedicated to strength exercises. Babson’s own Donna Sosnowski will
lead and challenge you to new heights in your workouts.
- For anyone looking to challenge themselves through a workout that includes strength and cardio.
- Offers a mix of strength exercises using bands, weights and body weight
- Offers a mix of cardio exercises to get your heart rate going
Cardio Strength class builds strength and endurance while improving your heart and lung health
Please
note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs
must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity. Classes
may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made. |
