6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness-Advanced Core Bootcamp
FACULTY AND STAFF ONLY
ACBC is a 50 minute, two day a week advanced conditioning program that focuses on reaching levels of fitness beyond what a standard Boot Camp will typically yield. Many of the techniques are direct from Kevin Kearns "Burn With Kearns" MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) conditioning program. Instructor Sonny Romano will utilize many of the training techniques used by professional UFC/MMA fighters. The class is a challenge but a lot of fun and as a bonus attendees will learn the basics of defending themselves while they get into tremendous physical condition.

Join us for a panel discussion focusing on the choices, challenges and resources one can bring to bare when caring for loved ones. Our panel of experts will discuss:
  • At-home care options, including home-health and hospice
  • Assisted living and skilled nursing homes
  • Long term care insurance and financial implications
  • Strategies for asking for support at work
  • Tips for avoiding caregiver burnout and caring for the caregiver

A resource handout will be shared with all participants.

*No REFUNDS and No CREDITS without a doctor’s note.               
*No MAKE-UP classes.
*Classes may be cancelled, added, or combined due to enrollment.
*Same-day registrations will NOT be accepted.
*In the event of inclement weather, or rink closure, no refunds will be issued
*Classes are held on most school and religious holidays.

The Beta Pledge Class of Delta Sigma Pi will be hosting a Photoshop and Illustrator workshop. The workshop will be lead by guests that have used the programs extensively and have knowledge in how to utilize the programs for marketing purposes. Dinner from Comella's will be provided.
