Apr.18: Work/Life Satisfaction | Achieving Your All

Nadia McKay, President and Owner, Corps Team/Moms Corps Boston

Twelve years ago, fueled by a desire to achieve her own work/life satisfaction, Nadia McKay, took a leap of faith and stepped away from her corporate role. Shortly thereafter, she discovered her entrepreneurial passion to help women and corporations rethink the way we design work. Today, her company, Corps Team, serves a growing trend of professionals who seek careers that fit their lifestyles and employers who aim to attract top talent through flexible work environments. Whether you aspire to build a company and a family or are looking to negotiate a work schedule that works for you, join in our discussion on strategies, tips, and examples of ways you can stop striving to have it all and start achieving YOUR all.

About Nadia McKay

Nadia McKay owns and operates the Corps Team/Mom Corps franchise in Boston. From 2007-2010, she served as the organization’s Regional Vice President, using her 20 years of experience in client service, marketing, and staffing to grow the Mom Corps presence in the Boston market and beyond. She purchased the Boston Franchise in 2010.

Over the past several years, Nadia has partnered with start-ups, small-to-medium-sized businesses, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations to bring on professional-level contract, part-time and flexible talent across a variety of functions including Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, and Legal.

Before joining Mom Corps, Nadia spent 14 years at Digitas, a global marketing services firm, first as a VP/Marketing Director, and later as VP/Staffing for the Strategy & Analysis practice. Nadia is a frequent speaker at conferences, educational forums, and business and working mother networking groups, and has appeared on Cable TV and in the local media providing her expertise on topics such as returning to the workforce during a difficult economic climate and how flexible work arrangements can increase productivity, creativity and company loyalty.
