Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach  for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual exercise that has been known to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and provide relaxation. Join Dawn George as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses to help you relax and unwind from the stress of the day. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

Please join Katrina Peterson for "Slow Flow Vinyasa"  from 5-6:30p in the Chapel, with tea and light food served afterwards! 

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM ZUMBA EXERCISE CLASS
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes which creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba is a hip swingin', body pumpin', fun way to get a total body workout.

Babson volunteers will teach middle school children of the housing authority how to organize and run a business.
