Event Description:

Need a little extra motivation to accomplish your fitness goals? Join us for small group training sessions led by the trainers from InnerCity Weightlifting as they guide you through a workout designed especially for you.

Who:
   Any Babson employee who is looking for a more personal/one on one approach to working out.

When: Fridays from 12:15-1:15pm beginning on Friday, January 9, 2015 and ending on Friday, May 15, 2015.

How:   This class is limited to a maximum of 20 participants and those who sign up must commit to the full session.  Those interested in participating should register through the Babson Calendar InnerCity event (we would like to be able to notify participants of any changes or cancellations that may arise).
