6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness-Advanced Core Bootcamp (ACBC)

ACBC is a 50 minute, two day a week advanced conditioning program that focuses on reaching levels of fitness beyond what a standard Boot Camp will typically yield. Many of the techniques are direct from Kevin Kearns’ "Burn With Kearns" MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) conditioning program. Instructors Sonny Romano and Christy Bishal will utilize many of the training techniques used by professional UFC/MMA fighters. The class is a challenge but a lot of fun and as a bonus attendees will learn the basics of defending themselves while they get into tremendous physical condition.

Who:   Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:20am beginning on Monday, January 5, 2015 and ending on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.

How:   Participants may attend class as often as they would like.  Those interested in participating should register through the Babson Calendar Advanced Bootcamp event (we would like to be able to notify participants of any changes or cancellations that may arise).

Supercharge your Interviewing Skills
Your Gateway to a Successful Job Search & Career

Whether you are looking to take your career to the next level or interviewing for your first job or need confidence and skills to get back into the labor market, solid interviewing skills is the key to a successful career transition, start, or re-entry. Few individuals truly understand the intricacies of the interviewing game. Imagine not getting a job because of doing or not doing something very simple that gave an equally-qualified or even less-qualified candidate a competitive edge. Yet, that's the exact outcome of many interviews.

Babson entrepreneur and author Neil Berdiev M'09 will share practical and actionable tips from his latest book  - The Little Silver BookTM  - Interviewing. His tips will help experienced professionals seeking jobs and even students seeking internships to be successful before, during and after the interview. In addition, the Q&A that follows his presentation will provide an opportunity for you to get answers to some of your most burning interviewing questions.
