6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class.

A high energy, no impact fitness class that combines work at the ballet barre with light weights to give you a continuous fat burning class.  Toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body to get you the body you’ve ALWAYS wanted.  All levels welcome.

5:15 PM - 7:30 PM Community Action Program: Harvard Square Meals

This nonprofit organization operates a community supper each Thursday evening. The mission is to provide a nutritious meal in a hospitable environment to anyone who needs a meal. Babson students will serve about 100 meals to those in need and help clean up afterwards.

Thursdays, 5:15-7:30 pm. Babson students will leave campus around 4:30 pm and return around 8:15 pm.

eSports have exploded in popularity over the past few years. Professional eSports teams are popping up, major brands are clamoring for sponsorship opportunities and fans are filling massive stadiums to watch tournaments while millions of others stream the content from their devices. Experts estimate that eSports revenue could reach $1.5 billion by 2020 - securing its stature as a force in sports, technology and media. Join us on March 1st for a panel discussion on the current landscape of the eSports industry, a view of where it is heading, and the challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs face as they start new ventures in this field. Panelists will discuss various aspects of eSports ranging from technology to regulatory issues to their experiences as entrepreneurs, investors and leaders in the eSports world.

Speakers Include: Jim Ferris, Managing Director, CTLX Gaming; Mike Sepso, SVP, Activision Blizzard; Co-Founder, Major League Gaming; Jack Steele, Partner, Pierce Atwood LLC (Moderator); and Joe Zhou, Co-Founder & CEO, Firstblood.io.
