Join your Babson colleagues and Professor Allan Cohen, co-author of the book “Influence Without Authority”, to explore effective ways to gain the commitment of others. This multiple meeting, book club experience includes topics such as; assessing situations, relationship building, getting buy-in, communication techniques, dealing with resistance, and finding win-win outcomes.
To make the learning real and relevant, participants will tackle challenging scenarios tied to book content.
