Event Description

Yoga in the Chapel

Take some well-deserved time for yourself and unwind. Join Lisa MacDonald as she brings her home practice and playlists to the chapel with a light hearted vinyasa flow sequence. This hour and fifteen minutes is a combination of relaxation, strengthening, and calorie burning poses. Great place for anyone (whether you’ve never done yoga before or have been practicing for years) to just breathe, smile, and feel more grounded. “Do your practice and all is coming”- Sri K.
