12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Wellness - Adult Cross Training (A.C.T)
Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.


Please note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Wellness - Yoga
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual exercise that has been known to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and provide relaxation.  Join Dawn George as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses to help you relax and unwind from the stress of the day.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Wellness - Cardio Strength Class

A combination of cardio and strength exercise using different equipment options to keep you on your toes. There is no set format. Every class is different with half of the class time dedicated to cardio exercises and half the class time dedicated to strength exercises. Babson’s own Donna Sosnowski will lead and challenge you to new heights in your workouts.

  • For anyone looking to challenge themselves through a workout that includes strength and cardio.
  • Offers a mix of strength exercises using bands, weights and body weight
  • Offers a mix of cardio exercises to get your heart rate going

 Cardio Strength class builds strength and endurance while improving your heart and lung health
