Start Date: 2/20/2019Start Time: 5:00 PM
End Date: 2/20/2019End Time: 7:00 PM
Event Description:
In November 2018, Melissa Denizard '20 traveled to Flint, MI to film a docuseries about the Flint water crisis. In Flint, Melissa spent time with residents - families, community leaders, and politicians - and interviewed them about their living situation, the city's current socio-political climate, and their thoughts on how the city will move forward from the Flint Water Crisis and decades of poverty. Join us for her premiere film screening and a panel discussion about wealth inequality, ageism, social justice, grassroots activism, and social entrepreneurship with Melissa and three Flint residents who are moving the city forward.
