Wellness - Introduction to Mindfulness

Event Description:

Mindfulness Training teaches us to quiet our minds, focus our attention and dismiss distractions.  Join us for a one our training session where participants learn how to become mindful, take charge of their own well being, reduce stress and do their best work. Brooke Snyder will teach team members how their brain works, manage their own emotional mind, and how meditation can improve life in and out of the workplace.

Please note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.
