6:30 AM - 7:15 AM MORNING SPINNING CLASS
Morning Spinning is a high-energy indoor cycling class to start your day off right. From hill climbs to interval training and challenging sprints, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned spinner, or it’s your first time in the saddle, you’ll find this workout to be a perfect combination of cardio, strength, endurance and fun.
6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class.

A student-guided tour is a wonderful way to see Babson’s extensive facilities (including a residence hall, classroom, and dining hall), talk with current students, and see our community in action. 

Pre-registration is not required. Tours depart from the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

Hosted by the admission staff, group information sessions are a great way to learn about Babson. We welcome prospective students and their families to attend a session to learn about Babson’s unique curriculum, student life, and the admission process. 

Information sessions are held in the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach  for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Wellness - Zumba Toning
Zumba®Toning - For those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  It works by utilizing the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks or light weights, which helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  By using lightweight maraca-like toning sticks or light weights, Zumba Toning enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Every Thursday, Babson volunteers serve about 100 meals to those in need and help clean up afterwards.

Working on a business idea? Part of the Butler Venture Accelerator program already or want to join? You’re invited to the Accelerator Launch Event on Thursday, February 11 at 5pm in the Blank Center! Meet others in the Accelerator, including advisers from each stage! Free food, drink, and prizes!

The Butler Venture Accelerator Program provides resources including an entrepreneurial community, incubator workspace, mentors, workshops, peer reviews, and more! Open to students and alumni at Babson, Olin and Wellesley Colleges.

Join Commonwealth Shakespeare Company’s resident voice teacher Paul D’Agostino for a workshop series on voice and speech. Paul will lead activities that develop a mindful connection between what we say with our voices and what we say with our bodies. This is an essential skill-building class for actors, but truly transformative for people new to the work.

New! Summer Venture Program in San Francisco

Babson’s signature accelerator, the Summer Venture Program, is expanding to the San Francisco campus this summer. Join the Blank Center and the San Francisco Team for a WebEx info session to learn more about the program. February 11 at 8pm EST/5pm PST.

The Summer Venture Program is a 10-week intensive experience designed to accelerate the development of the most promising Babson entrepreneurs. In addition to the rich resources and wealth of expertise available in Silicon Valley, teams will receive work space, advisors, and an opportunity to build a tight-knit community with like-minded entrepreneurs. The program will provide a hands-on, experiential learning process for teams to accelerate and scale their startup.
