All Day Global Entrepreneurship Week at Babson (Multi-Day Event)
Babson College will celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week 2018 on November 8-15 with a series of events and activities. The Babson events will be part of 35,000+ events and competitions in 170 countries. Powered by the Kauffman Foundation, the initiative is supported by dozens of world leaders and a network of more than 15,000 partner organizations.

Global Entrepreneurship Week is a celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups, bring ideas to life, drive economic growth, and expand human welfare. During one week each November, GEW inspires people everywhere through local, national, and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators.

BRAND YOURSELF LIKE A CHAMPION

Authentic, disciplined, purposeful, accountable and self-aware individuals achieve the most success in life. Uncovering how each of us can capitalize on those traits can promote positive change.

CWEL invites students, athletes, faculty, staff, coaches, and aspiring entrepreneurs, from across Babson’s community to join us for a productive morning of coffee, conversation, and connections with Pasha Cook, personal branding expert and author of Brand Yourself Like a Champion.

In this interactive session, you will learn to identify your individual value, style, and purpose, assess your personal strengths and to build and promote a brand designed for success, in business and life.

Continental breakfast will be served. All are welcome!

Need a little extra motivation to accomplish your fitness goals? Join us for small group training sessions led by the trainers from InnerCity Weightlifting as they guide you through a workout designed especially for you.

For the Fall Semester, each class will need to have a minimum of 5 participants per week to continue the class in the Spring Semester.

‚ÄčPlease note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.

7:30 PM Universe Rushing Apart: Blue Kettle and Here We Go
Commonalties with a surrealist bent are explored in two one-acts by renowned playwright Caryl Churchill. In Blue Kettle, anxieties emerge and language is tested when a troubled man claims to be the long lost son of several different women.  In Here We Go a funeral party for a man with an adventurous past forces a group of women to capture flickering moments of their own lives as they grapple with their own mortality.

Running time:100 minutes with one intermission.
