About Lawler Kang

Lawler Kang, is the Founder/CEO of League of Allies, a leading provider of strategic inclusion-services, geared for, and in response to, male executive demand. League of Allies was founded in the belief that the power of “balanced” inclusion significantly increases enterprise value. Lawler served as Chief People Officer at Rue La La, a leading fashion/lifestyle e-commerce business, and Sr. Director of People Strategy at Medullan, a health-focused software consultancy. He draws on 15+ years of strategy, technology, incubator and turnaround consulting experiences, and has degrees from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and Vassar College.
