All Day First Year Service and Action Program (Multi-Day Event)
The First-Year Service in Action Program engages students in their first year in multiple service opportunities on campus. Opportunities include special events with Community Action Programs, participating in the Jimmy Fund Walk in Boston, and other programs sponsored by the Bernon Center. Students can get involved through their First-Year Seminar class, by contacting their class dean, or by contacting Chris Bourcier at cbourcier@babson.edu or by calling (781) 239-5636.

A student-guided tour is a wonderful way to see Babson’s extensive facilities (including a dorm room, classroom, and dining hall), talk with current students, and see our community in action.

Pre-registration is not required. Tours depart from the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

As part of Transgender Awareness Week, Prism and Out Network will be hosting an interactive panel discussion featuring members of the trans community, led by Beck Bailey, 2nd year MBA student at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  As a trans-identified person himself, Beck has been a gender-queer business professional for the past 20 years, and is a dedicated advocate for all gender non-conforming people. Panelists will share their personal narratives including topics of gender-identity, gender-expression and transition, followed by Q&A.  We hope to see you there!  Light refreshments to follow.

Safe Zone is an ally training program for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Queer/Questioning community. Participants will learn about the coming out process and how to be an ally to LGBTQ persons.
