Tere Blanca - Founder, President & CEO
Blanca Commercial Real Estate
Tere Blanca is the founder, president and chief executive officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading Miami based commercial property real estate advisory services and brokerage firm. Ms. Blanca has more than 25 years of experience in the South Florida real estate sector. She has earned several honors from her peers and leading news outlets, including being named among 2013's “Top 25 Women in Real Estate” by Commercial Property Executive.
 
Carla Curiel '05 - Co-Founder & President
Lanugo
Carla is a mother of twin girls, a serial entrepreneur, and a Magna Cum laude graduate of Babson College. Carla currently spends her time on 2 companies co-founded by her and her husband, Roberto Castro. Her latest venture, Lanugo, helps Mamas Latinas embrace and pass the richness of the Hispanic culture on to their children. Lanugo has been featured on CNN en Español, Univision,  Telemundo,  NBC, NBC  Latino, and Mamas Latinas, amongst  other  leading media outlets. 
 
Arlys Raymond '83 - Past Executive Director
Bakehouse Art Complex
Arlys W. Raymond is the former Executive Director of the Bakehouse Art Complex, a 27 year old not -for -profit art institution located in the Wynwood arts district. Last year she developed and implemented the organization's first annual campaign raising over $100,000 in donations and pledges. Prior work experience includes Motorola, Broward Community College and residential real estate. She is a graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
 
Teresa Weintraub - President & CEO
Fiduciary Trust International
Since 1998, Ms. Weintraub has been President, CEO and member of the Board of Fiduciary Trust International of the South. Ms. Weintraub is a member of The Florida Bar and has lectured extensively in the areas of trusts, estates, charitable gift planning and leadership. In 2009, she received the James W. McLamore Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals for outstanding volunteerism. In 2011 she and her family received the first Pioneer Award from History Miami.
