6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class. 

Please note that anyone participating in any of the Be Well@Babson programs must sign a waiver before beginning any program or activity.  Classes may fill up and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  All of the Be Well@Babson programs are limited to Babson staff and faculty only and there are no exceptions that can be made.

Join Babson’s own Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a training program which will heighten mental and physical fortitude through flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, power and agility drills, exercises and routines.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Wellness - Cardio BarreBLAST

A high energy, no impact fitness class that combines work at the ballet barre with light weights to give you a continuous fat burning class. Toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso, and arms will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body to get you the body you've ALWAYS wanted!  All levels welcome.

This weekly meditation class will be led by Babson’s Meditation Instructor, Rick Landwehr, who will guide participants through a variety of accessible meditation techniques. These simple and direct practices cultivate relaxation, mindfulness, and basic wellbeing. By relaxing tension and opening to our sensory experience through these techniques, participants will learn new means of working with stress, difficult emotions, physical discomfort, and the challenges we encounter in our lives. This class is suitable for any experience level.

Join SimplaFYI for a hands-on acupuncture session to relief stress and relax!  Sessions are held in a community environment with up to 10 people. We focus on meridian points easily accessible to promote relaxation and rest.

Join us for International Tea!

International Tea is an informal gathering of international students and scholars (and their partners/children) and staff/faculty from across campus. Come by for a quick hello or to stay and relax with a cup of tea and enjoy good conversation with members of the Babson community. No need to RSVP!

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Consumed Structures, Sublime Landscapes: Photographic Monotypes by Denny Moers
Denny Moers is known for his highly imaginative, technically innovative Monoprints. The prints are created by controlling the action of light on the chemical-sensitized photographic paper during the print developing process, giving his black and white photographs an extraordinary range of tonalities. He has photographed subject matter as diverse as New England architecture, medieval wall frescoes and tomb reliefs, contemporary construction sites and western landscapes and dwellings. Free and open to the public.
