Be Well Do Well Stress Workshop
Presented by CAPS (Counseling & Psychological Services)

Come join CAPS staff to learn about healthy ways to manage your stress and anxiety. This workshop will combine classroom style learning and discussions with experiential exercises to help you learn and practice new and effective skills.

Wednesdays, 3:10-4:25pm in Gerber 103.

No registration required. Session is free to all Babson students.
