6:30 AM - 7:30 AM Wellness - Beginner/Intermediate Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss.  The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals.  Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class.

Join the Babson Alumni & Friends Network for breakfast as we host our first Boston Third Thursday and welcome new faculty member, Brigitte Muehlmann to Babson!
 
Professor Muehlmann has taught students from five continents with a specialty in accounting, taxation and finance. She currently teaches MBA financial accounting and financial statement analysis. Having worked for PwC’s global tax team and Ernst & Young’s entrepreneurial services team, her current research in academia explores topics in accounting and taxation with an emphasis on the design of innovations within the field.
 
Join us before work to check out this new Babson location and meet some fellow alumni living and working in the area!

Boston Third Thursdays is a monthly series hosted at Babson’s Boston Campus. It is an opportunity for our Babson community members living and working downtown, to connect and collaborate in this new exciting location.

A student-guided tour is a wonderful way to see Babson’s extensive facilities (including a residence hall, classroom, and dining hall), talk with current students, and see our community in action. 

Pre-registration is not required. Tours depart from the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

Hosted by the admission staff, group information sessions are a great way to learn about Babson. We welcome prospective students and their families to attend a session to learn about Babson’s unique curriculum, student life, and the admission process. 

Information sessions are held in the Lunder Admission Center at Mustard Hall. Parking is available in designated spaces in the Lunder Parking Lot or Knight Parking Lot. When you arrive, please see the receptionist in the admission office for a parking permit. Click here for information on getting to campus.

This method of yoga has many benefits because it combat stress by utilizing both the mind and the body. The SavSani Mind, silences and redirects the mind to become calm and effective in this world of over-stimulation and stress. The SavSani Body technique brings the body to its ultimate strength and correct alignment by removing any aliments felt within.

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Originally created by Alberto “Beto” Perez in Columbia, Zumba® is a Latin inspired dance fitness class that combines interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms to sculpt and tone your body while burning fat.  Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.  Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in every calorie-burning, body-energizing class.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels and no dance experience is necessary!

Babson volunteers serve about 100 meals to those in need and help clean up afterwards.
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM ZUMBA exercise class

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes which creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba is a hip swingin', body pumpin', fun way to get a total body workout. No advanced sign-up needed.
