Event Description:

Faculty and Staff Only
In this vinyasa style of hatha yoga, we’ll move through yoga postures, integrating breath and movement, while focusing on body awareness and alignment.  Through this practice, participants will develop muscular strength, improve core conditioning, and increase their flexibility.  Incorporating both modifications and advanced postures, this class is geared towards all fitness levels.   Taught by Babson’s Laurel Aroian.

Who:  Anyone!

When:  Wednesdays from 7-8am beginning on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 and ending on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in the Chandor Dance Studio.
