Event Description

Faculty and Staff Only
Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program involving
work with agility ladders, medicine balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight.   Every muscle will get a workout.   The instructor, Sonny Romano, will use a variety of exercises to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories in the time frame. 

Who:   Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level.  Please note that class is appropriate for those just beginning as well as those who have participated before.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:20am beginning on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 and ending on Thursday, May 30, 2013.
